FSIoffice is synonymous with outstanding customer service. Our Customer Service Reps (CSRs) work hard to ensure all of our customers receive personalized care and first-class service. In this week’s Employee Highlight, we’re shining the spotlight on one of our beloved CSRs, Letitia (Tish) Gordon, who has been with FSIoffice for 20 years! If Tish is your CSR, then it should come as no surprise to you that she was voted as this year’s Most Valuable Employee (MVE) for our Charlotte Customer Service Rep Department. Q & A with Letitia (Tish) Gordon
What do you love most about what you do and about working at FSIoffice in general?
FSIoffice is a great company. I love my job, and I love coming to work. I love the people I work with – I feel like I work with family. I love working in customer service, and I enjoy putting a smile on our customers’ faces at the end of our conversations.
Tell us about your job position and some of your typical work tasks.
I am a Customer Service Rep. My job is to make sure our customers are satisfied and to make sure I do my best by getting them what they need.
What has been your favorite project or task at FSIoffice?
My favorite project I have done at FSIoffice was when I had to do a fit video for my department. At that time I was a order puller.
Before working at FSIoffice, what was the most unusual or interesting job you have had?
I have been at FSIoffice for 20 years, so honestly this has been the most interesting job I have had.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you “grow up”?
I wanted to be a teacher.
What is on your bucket list?
I would like to sky dive.
What is your favorite thing to do in the wonderful city of Charlotte?
My favorite thing to do is to hang out with my husband. Sitting on the porch in the summer, watching him work in the yard is just enough for me.
Who is your favorite musician/musical group?
My favorite singing group is Xscape.
What are some of your favorite TV shows, movies, and/or books?
My favorite TV show is Power, and my favorite movie is Save the Last Dance.
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Steak and baked potato
What are some of your favorite activities and interests outside of work?
I love dancing and cruising.
What’s a miscellaneous fun fact about you?
I have been on 24 cruises, and I got married in Las Vegas.
What more can you tell us about yourself?
I have four children – 3 boys, 1 girl. I am a momma’s girl, and I love to travel.
