Meet another one of our fantastic employees, Montrice Ratliff, a Receiving Manager at FSIoffice. Montrice was voted by her coworkers as the Most Valuable Employee (MVE) Winner for the Receiving Department! What do you love most about what you do and about working at FSIoffice in general?
The family connection here at FSI
What has been your favorite project or task at FSIoffice?
When FSIoffice had a charity event, and I made special gift baskets for the event.
Before working at FSIoffice, what was the most unusual or interesting job you have had?
I’ve worked as a Receiving Manager for years, and that’s what I’m striving for here at FSIoffice.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you “grow up”?
I always wanted to be a dancer.
What is on your bucket list to do OR name some thing(s) on your bucket list that you have done?
I always have wanted to go to Hawaii, but I’m afraid of flying.
What is your favorite thing to do in the wonderful city of Charlotte?
I love to ride motorcycles.
Who is your favorite musician/musical group?
New Edition
What are some of your favorite TV shows, movies, and/or books?
Oldies such as Little House on the Prairie, Big Valley, and Bonanza
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Mexican food
What are some of your favorite activities and interests outside of work?
I love to decorate homes and plan events.
What’s a miscellaneous fun fact about you?
I love to play with children.
What more can you tell us about yourself?
I’m a mother of three boys and a grandmother of 4, whom I love dearly.
