Meet our Human Resources Administrator, Lynn Kersey. Lynn has been with FSIoffice since 2001 and she truly embodies what it means to love your job and do it well! She works at our Charlotte branch and oversees multiple areas of our vital HR department. Lynn is a humble person who always makes you smile. Let’s talk with Lynn!
What do you love about your job, and about working at FSIoffice in general?
I love the people that work at FSIoffice, and I love helping others. One of the best benefits of working in HR is that you get to help employees and in the process, get to know them better.
Tell us about your position and some of your typical tasks.
I work in the Human Resources Department. The majority of my work involves processing the payrolls and handling the insurance benefits.
What are your biggest interests outside of work?
Spending time with my grandson.
