What do you love most about what you do and about working at FSIoffice in general?
I appreciate the support from management & co-workers.
Tell us about your job position and some of your typical work tasks.
I create log-ins for our on-line customers & support them with help desk activities. I am the “human assist” that’s needed to get other types of electronic orders into our order processing system. I help channel order confirmations & invoicing to our EDI customers. I verify & channel electronic data from our Dealer Partners so invoicing can be executed.
What is your favorite thing to do in Charlotte?
Going to special musical, arts, theater, or seasonal events in Concord.
What is a fun fact about you that we may not know?
My thumbs are double-jointed.
Who is your favorite musician/musical group?
The Beatles.
What is your favorite scene of your favorite show?
Sheldon & Amy’s Wedding in the Big Bang Theory.
