Meet Mary Poole. Mary has been with FSIoffice for five years in our Furniture Department as a Furniture Designer. She will do whatever she can to help where and when needed! They say she even has jokes every now and then. Let’s get to know Mary!
Q & A with Mary Poole
What do you love most about what you do and about working at FSIoffice in general?
I love the people and have always loved being a furniture designer. I especially seeing the finished product.
Tell us about your job position and some of your typical work tasks.
I am a furniture designer which ranges from just placing furniture in an office to designing floors of furniture, pictures on the walls, storage products, and accessories, even carpet in some cases. I design for 5 Salespeople and also help other designers when needed.
What is your favorite thing to do in Charlotte?
My favorite thing to do in Kannapolis, N.C. is to go to the park and walk.
What is a fun fact about you that we may not know?
I have eight grandchildren and one on the way due October 23rd. Four girls and soon to be five boys altogether.
Who is your favorite musician/musical group?
Guns ‘N Roses
If Christian McCaffery, Luke Kuechly and Greg Olsen all asked you to hang out with them, what would you do?
I would look to see where the cameras were to see if I was being punked. 🙂
No, I would actually call my friends who are Panther fans and let them come and enjoy. I am actually a faithful Washington Redskins fan.
If you could visit anywhere in the world for free, where would you go? Tell us why
Hawaii! I would like to learn more about their culture and see the beauty of the islands. And it is warm warm warm. 🙂
What is something you’ve done on your bucket list and what is something you want to do?
I don’t think I have done anything on my bucket list. I, however, would like to take a cruise.
