Celebrating Women Who Lead: The Legacy of Women at FSIoffice

FSIoffice has been shaped by strong, determined, and visionary women. As a Certified Woman-Owned Enterprise, our company stands as proof of the power of women in leadership, innovation, and business success. This Women’s History Month, we’re recognizing the women who have built and continue to lead FSIoffice with resilience and a commitment to excellence.

Diane Godwin: The Foundation of Strength

FSIoffice began in 1962 as Forms & Supply, Inc., a business venture founded by Diane Godwin and her husband, Jimmy Godwin. At the time, they were newly married, expecting their first child, and taking a leap of faith into starting a business. Diane played a pivotal role in building the company from the ground up—handling everything from accounting and HR to strategic planning, all while raising a family. Her leadership and determination set the stage for what FSIoffice is today.

Jimmy often described Diane as an all-in-one leader, running every aspect of the business with grace and grit. Her influence remains at the heart of FSIoffice’s success.

Kim Leazer: A Legacy of Leadership

Kim Leazer, Diane and Jimmy’s eldest daughter, has been part of FSIoffice for over four decades. She was the first in her family to graduate college and joined the company in 1982, eager to make an impact. With a passion for sales and customer service, Kim developed the CSR POD system to streamline customer interactions and played a major role in structuring key training and operational spaces for the team.

Now as CEO, Kim leads with integrity, and a customer-first mindset. Her strategic vision and innovative thinking have pushed FSIoffice to new heights, stabilizing its reputation as an industry leader. Recently recognized as one of OPI’s 2025 Women in Business, Kim continues to drive FSIoffice forward with force.

Donna Jordan: Where Creativity Meets Business Growth

Donna Jordan, Diane and Jimmy’s second daughter, has always had a keen eye for creativity and design. She started in advertising but soon saw an opportunity in office

furniture sales. Recognizing the potential for growth, she partnered with her brother, Jay, to build FSIoffice’s furniture division and create the first in-house furniture installation crew.

Today, as President of FSIoffice, Donna continues to lead with creativity and strategic vision. She has developed a full-service commercial interiors team that handles consultation, design, procurement, and installation. Her contributions have expanded FSIoffice’s furniture offerings and strengthened its name in the office supply market.

Beth Freeman: The Future of FSIoffice

Beth Freeman, daughter of CEO Kim Leazer, represents the next generation of women leaders at FSIoffice. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she joined the company in 2009, gaining hands-on experience in pricing and payroll before moving into sales, marketing, and procurement.

Now serving as the Executive Vice President, Beth is driving FSIoffice into the future. Her strategic insights ensure the company stays ahead in an evolving industry. “Being a woman in business means you don’t have to choose—you can build a thriving company and a loving family, proving that success is defined on your own terms.” Beth embodies this belief, balancing leadership and innovation while continuing the legacy of strong women at FSIoffice.

Continuing the Legacy

The incredible women of FSIoffice have been instrumental in shaping the company’s success. From launching new business divisions to leading with vision and integrity, they have set the standard for leadership in our industry.

FSIoffice is a testament to the impact of strong, dedicated women in business. From Diane Godwin’s unwavering dedication to Beth Freeman’s forward-thinking strategies, each generation has carried forward a tradition of excellence.

As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we recognize the women who have shaped FSIoffice and continue to inspire growth and success.
